Hugo has a very even disposition and above average density and coverage
like his sire. Hugo is a very good companion alpaca and is very easy to
handle. He has matured
wonderfully with a very respectable fleece, coming in at a micron count of
21.3, an SD value of 3.9, a low CV of 17.8, and only 2.6 % of his fibers
are > 30 microns. Hugo’s sire, My Peruvian Equator earned Reserve
Champion at the Great Midwest Alpaca Fest 2004 and also at the Northern
Illinois Alpaca Fest 2003. Equator boasts a micron of 18.4, which is
fabulous at his age of 4 years. Hugo

“Desi”, as we call her is a friendly female and has her sire’s true
black lustrous, dense fleece! Her sire is Snowmass Midnight Obsession,
with
five 1st Place
Show ribbons in 2004/2005 and placing 3rd at AOBA National Show 2004!
Obsession’s sire,

, was originally imported from
Canada
representing a new bloodline in the U.S. Desi also has statuesque
conformation and presence.
“Desi” will be giving us her first cria in 2008.
We were fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to have her
bred to “Bisturi”, a medium silver grey from Pine Forty Farms in
Hampton
,
Iowa
. Bisturi has received
numerous first place awards in halter and fleece shows in the
Midwest
, Southwest, and West. We are
looking forward to the results of this combination!

Thor is a 4th generation of the infamous “Royal Fawn” (Accoyo) and
proves to carrying on his fine genetic line. Thor’s sire, My Peruvian
Equator, earned Reserve Champion at the Great Midwest Alpaca Show 2004 and
at Northern Illinois Alpaca Show 2003. Equator’s micron of 18.4 is
fabulous at his age of 4 years old. Thor has great conformation along with
an extremely fine fleece! He makes an excellent companion!

Sire: Avalon’s Peruvian Snowdrifter (from KeLe Alpacas)\
Dakota (full Peruvian) has a very sweet disposition like his dam (Chelsea
Rose Kele) and extremely dense fiber and good coverage like his sire
(Avalon’s Peruvian Snow Drifter). Dakota makes a wonderful companion
alpaca and is very easy to handle. His medium fawn coloring and beige
markings around his mouth/face area are very attractive and you can’t
miss those big beautiful eyes! He is a pleasure to be around.

”Lucky” is an exceptional male with an easy-going personality. He is
“rich dark brown” in color with the perfect accent of black coloring
in the face and legs. “Lucky” has great conformation along with a very
dense, crimpy, fine fleece. As
a juvenile, he took 1st place at the 2008 Spring Bling Show in
Neenah
,
Wisconsin
. He followed that up with a 4th
place at the Great Midwest Alpaca Festival in
Madison
,
Wisconsin
. We are looking forward
to what he can do in the show ring during the 2009 season.
“Lucky’s” sire, Pot of Gold, is a two time national fleece
winner. He also is an exceptional male with an easy-going personality. He
is extremely fine with great definition and lots of luster.

breeding career, hopefully in 2009. He
is already booked for a breeding at Sunny Slope Alpaca Farm for the 2010
season. His breeding fee will

Achilles Extreme

”Achilles” is an exceptional male with an easy-going personality. He
is beautiful light brown in color in his blanket area. “Achilles” has
great conformation along with a very dense, crimpy, fine fleece.
He are anxiously awaiting the 2009 show season to see what he can
do. We are expecting great
things from him. Watch for him at the Spring Bling and Great Midwest
Alpaca Festival shows the in the spring of 2009. “Achilles’” sire,
Royal Extreme, had follicle
density testing performed by Dr. Norman Evans. His results were
exceptionally positive with Extreme falling into the top 2% of all his
males tested at an S:P ratio at 15:1 and a density of 61.5 follicles/SQmm!
We are looking forward to Achilles carrying on the exceptional
fleece qualities of his sire.

Meechelle was recently acquired as sort of a rescue situation.
She is very sound conformationally, with excellent coverage,
density, and fineness in her fleece. We
are looking forward to incorporating her into our breeding program.
Her first mate just might be “Lucky”.
